control character in cookie value or attribute

After sign in email,  computer appears message : "control character in cookie value or attribute. "  So, I can't access email on desktop top. What should I do? Thanks

Try clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again.

Go to browser settings and type in "reset settings" in the search bar.

Click on the search result and that will restore everything and it should work just fine. 

I just did it and it is working for me.

Sky Q 2TB, 2 Mini Boxes, Sky Fibre.
