I'm new to sky broadband I need to set up new email

You don't setup a new email thru sky these days just use the one you set the account up with

Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 43 inch UHD tv, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

It isn't possible to setup an email account with Sky so if you need one try Gmail (Google) or Outlook (Microsoft) and use this instead.
