Email recognision

Hi all. 

We have used our Sky emial for years, but have encounted an annoying problem when writing an email.

When I type the recipients email address it isn't remembered/recognised. I then have to go to my previous email I've sent them to find their email and type manually. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I presume you are doing this online so is your recipients address present in your list of contacts ?

If it is have you tried clearing your browsers cache then closed it down before loading up and trying again ?

Something else to try would be to use a different web browser to see if it then works,
