can't access my emails on my computer

I can't access my emails it says verification code sent to my mobile but it is not working

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You can turn off 2 step verification, by clicking the 'can't sign in with code' link on the login page and entering your Recovery Code, when prompted.
