Specific emails from one sender not coming through

I'm not receiving emails from a specific account. I've checked my junk and they're not in there. The sender has checked and definitely has the correct sky email address for me. Any ideas how I can start receiving these emails? I assume they are being blocked somehow? Thanks

Are these emails bouncing back to the sender and if so what is the error message ?

 

Have you checked that any filters you have setup could be causing an issue with this ?

Thanks for your email, I've just asked about the bounce back / error message and awaiting a response. 
I'm not sure if I have any filters set up, none that I'm aware of. How would I check this?
