Find out moreYou can google SPF and DKIM for details - as I understand it, they're 'filters' put in place by the receiving email service to verify that the email is coming from an authorised source. I don't think there's anything you can do to influence the filtering.
Does the same thing happen if you manually forward them?

Thanks for the reply Mark. No, it doesn't happen when I forward it manually.

Hi, Today I received from Sky a letter stating my account has a outstanding amount of €44.83
i closed my account some time ago.
I have now logged onto my Sky account. It shows the three periods PREVIOUS BILLS, LATEST BILLS and FUTURE BILLS. All three display a €0.00 balance. Can someone please explain where the €44.83 is coming from?
Regards, Tom

The very first result is from folks who are having the same issue with their Yahoo mail account so it seems a commin issue that is widespread at present so it might be sonething that Yahoo needs to look into.
