I am adding my sky email to outlook. Says it needs to send text to mobile to verify its me.Never arrives.Mobo number is correct. Same problem in webmail

Have you turned on 2-step verification? Is this a text message being sent? Or an email?

Is this Outlook on mobile or desktop?

Any version of Outlook, other than mobile, will need to use a generated password.

Even on mobile, it's sometimes better to say it's not a Yahoo account and use a generated password.
