Yeo step verification

They have the wrong mobile number and keep sending it to my old number how can I add my new number it won't let me

You mean Verification Codes are being sent to your old mobile?

 

If you made a note of it as Sky recommended you can use your Recovery Code to turn off 2 step login, then set it up again with your new number. 

 

If you didn't make a note of your Recovery Code, you'll have to call Sky and they'll turn it off for you. That may take a while.
