Email account

I have received an email to say sky email will be deleted im 72 hours as on old email account. Is this legit or scam?

@Helen219  Thats a scam email as there is no old or new mailbox, any updates will always be done in the background without any need for a user to click links etc.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Helen219  Does it adddress you by name?  If not it's a scam.  

 

Does it ask you to click a link?  If so it's a scam.
