Hi we are constantly having problems with our sky / yahoo email account. We using outlook and the system seems to be getting constantly worse. We have emails stuck in our outbox since the 13th of October which will not send or allow us to delete them. We also keep getting notifications saying the connection to the server has failed. Please can some contact us to diccuss these problems

The likelihood is that you need to use an app password in place of your normal Sky password in the Outlook setup for your Sky Yahoo email account.
