Trying to log in to Sky mail this morning as normal, using the usual saved link I've used for years and I'm getting a Yahoo branded 'something went wrong' page. I still seem to be able to access my email through the main Sky website under my profile.
I've tried refreshing the link and clearing cookies but still have the issue.
I'm wondering whether this is a Yahoo issue or whether there's something else I need to try - it's certainly not the end of the world to access email through the main Sky website, it's just not as convenient!

@Ted845 it does sound like a cookies issue. Are you sure you've closed all sky.com websites when you clear your browser cache? Also try your browser's privacy/incognito, or a different browser.

Famous last word, now I'm getting the same error message when going through the main Sky website so can't access email. Very frustrating!

Many thanks for that answer. It has now started working after I cleared the cache again, send me two factor authentication and so on. It might be I didn't leave it long enough after clearing last time.
