Lost email facility over week - end 7th - 8th March

Loss of email access reported 8th March,  as I dont have the removal code I was told it bwould be 72 hours before I would be allowed access to my email account( My name is Stephen Clift) my son again enquired on 11th March and was told it would be  at least another five days to re-establish, this s totally unacceptable as I have Docyors and Hospital appointments on the calender facility, I've been a sky customer for well over 25 years, I have muti room sky tv, computor on-line, phone landline and mobile phone from sky and spend in excess of £1500 per annum, I feel that if this is not rectified qucicker I will be forced to seek another supplier of these facilities

@nankin it's unfortunate that you didn't make a note of your Recovery Code, as Sky recommended.

 

It would have enabled you to turn off 2 step verification instantly, without needing to speak to Sky.

Loss of email facility

The removal of email facility for this length of time is totally unacceptable as I have Hospital appointments for myself and my dissabled son on the email calender which I'm still unable to access, Please let me know if this is an unreasonable request as I will have to make oyher arrangements.
