Yahoo sends a code but I dont receive a code and I have not got a recovery code so am stuck.

Today only I have tried several times to access my email again like somone else it is an old sky.com emailwhich is so simple to remember1 I am asked to input the code sent to my mobile but my mobile does not receive a code. I get them from Amazon and Ebay anfd UC

@easter+bunny did you try to reset your password? Or is it a 2 step login Verification Code you''re not receiving?

Did you enter your mobile number correctly ?

Have you checked your message apps bin/trash folder for the verification text ?

Not reset password and it is the 3 step code not being recieved

Yes because I have had these codes before and same phone number for a few years

@easter+bunny there's an ongoing problem which affects some customers where they don't receive the Verification Code. Without the Recovery Code, all you can do is ask Sky to turn off 2 step verification on your behalf, to enable you to log in.

If you're forced to set up 2 step login again when you next log in, be sure to make a note of the new Recovery Code which will be displayed.on screen. You can use to allow you to log in if there's a problem again receiving the Verification Code.
