Deleting Emails

Hi.

I'm hoping someone can help me.

I am trying to delete emails from my account, but seems I am unable to.

I have asked the usual query in Sky's search option & all I am getting is 'Delete Account' 'emails deleted before I can read them' & similar.

I have read some answers to other email discussions, but these are not helping.

All state the following 'Click on an email & click the delete button on the top of the screen'

I do not have that 'Delete' button option come up, see attached screenshot.
Anyone able to help me?

That isn't an inbox of a Sky email account rather it is your message centre on your Sky account. For the messages you want to delete tick the little box then you should see the delete option.
