If you can still access your email via sky.com your account hasn't been deactivated. Yahoo can't deactivate Sky Yahoo Mail accounts. Do you mean you can no longer use the Yahoo mail app?
Either way, it's perfectly OK to carry on using your Sky Yahoo Mail account via sky.com. in fact, it's the most direct and straightforward way to access your account.

Re: Yahoo deactivated my account
I don't use the yahoo app, I only use my iPhone mail app.
When going on the web browser sky works but the yahoo website doesn't work and tells me my login is deactivated.

Re: Yahoo deactivated my account
Do you mean your Yahoo.com address has been deactivated ?
To access your Sky emails all you need to do is to login via the Sky website.

Re: Yahoo deactivated my account
It's happened to me I can't access my emails through yahoo app on my phone and it won't recognise any password just going round in circles to get back into it - useless and no help at all also wary of it being a scam!

Re: Yahoo deactivated my account
It was easier to just go on the app and not to sign into sky but now I don't have a choice anyway.

Re: Yahoo deactivated my account
It wasn't entirely obvious what was happening to the original poster on this thread, so saying the same happened to you doesn't give us much to go on. And how not being able to get your email could be a scam I don't understand.
So explain just what is happening to you, including what devices/apps you are using and we will try to assist.
