Why can’t I print from my sky yahoo e mail anymore?

The print icon on my sky yahoo e mail has disappeared?  This has only happened recently?

Are you using an email app? The print option is still there if you log in online here via sky.com: https://www.sky.com/signin/email

You say you are using Apple devices, are you using an app or browser?

If you are using a browser, it should be the same no matter what device is in use.

I don't see the print option on my iPad or iphone either when accessing my account via the website.

If you are using a browser (presumably Safari) what if you set it to "desktop mode" ?
