emails sent to me have bounced back to the sender.

I have now heard from 4 completely separate people that emails they have tried to send to me have bounced back to them . I am still receiving emails but clearly some are not getting through. Can anyone gives me some clues as to what i can do please?

Do you know what the bounce message says as that might give a clue to what the issue might be ?

I am having the same issue. First I got a bounce back message with a link to fix it from Microsoft. I've updated my DNS record but now I don't get a bounce back, the email just doesn't arrive in sky inbox. This is only happening with my business email not emails sent from my personal gmail. 

Does anyone have a solution?
