When trying to access email content I continually get the message "this message has not been downloaded from the server ".

I have add my sky account to my iphone and Ipad and the problem appears on both devices.

I have the same problem, especially when I have saved the email in a folder because it is important eg hotel reservations. Sometimes if I move it back to my inbox I can access it, or if I use my laptop instead of my iPhone; but now when it happens I can't solve it. I am currently trying to find a booking number and the email has corrupted and now has the content of a different email with the title of the email I need. It is now happening on a daily basis. What can I do?

Not usually. It was just the one email with the hotel reservation that got corrupted. Usually they simply won't display any content at all, and I just see the message telling me that the email can't be downloaded from the server. Sometimes I can see emails when they are in my inbox, but if I move them to a folder I get the message that they can't be downloaded. It is really frustrating.
