Wellsfargo appearing in front of my email address on emails as I send.

My address appears correctly in Sender space, when email arrives at destination it has Wellsfargo in front on my email address. Any return replies sent to me have Wellsfargo on and if I touch it my email address comes up next to it. (Apparently Wellsfargo is an American bank) I have no dealing or knowledge of. I phoned bank in America, thyewere not helpful had no idea. I have tried through my settings and can see no way off removing this. Can anyone help?

I suspect your account has been compromised. Did you recently reply to an email asking you to update/verify your email? If so you gave your credentials to a scammer.

 

The first thing to do is change your password.

https://skyid.sky.com/resetpassword/

 

Then login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

 

Then go to Settings - More Settings - Mailboxes and select your Sky email and correct your name there and remove any Reply-to address that has been set up.

 

Then Settings - More Settings - Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

That should correct things.

 

Edit: Oops, didn't notice @caesarome had beaten me to it.

Login to your online account:

 

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/


Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

 

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

 

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Thank you to the two replies.  It worked once I realised it had to be done on computer not phone or iPad, I hope it has worked.
