Verification code sent to an email address you cant access!

@MARKO74 Verification Codes are sent by SMS, not email. Are you trying to reset your password or something else?

The verification code should be sent as a text message to the mobile number shown on screen so if this what is happening ?

There was one other person reporting the same, however we didn't get any resolution to it. Is it possible to show us what you are getting, obscuring any personal info.

What exactly were you trying to do when this happens?

Hi,

My wife had the same problem, but after messing around she sorted it by using the 'change username or email' when the password screen came up.  She then put in her usual email address (the one she was trying to sign into in the first place) and then it brought up the 2 step authentication code had been sent to her mobile.  Hope works for you too.

It has sent me a verification code to an old mobile number so I can't access it and I cannot change the number to my new one. Any ideas

Is this the first time you are getting the request for a verification code?

If so, you should have a request like this:

If so, you will find a link at the bottom to use a different number.

I know Jayach replied to your post so I don't know if you have it sorted now.  (if it helped please give the post a like).

I know mine doesn't come up with change your number (I'm on a PC so don't know if this makes a difference).  Mine says recover your account online, if you click on there it will ask you for your recovery code (hope you have it) and you should be able to change your phone number there.
