Verification code isn't being sent

I could get into my email account this morning using two step verification but this afternoon the verification code is not being sent even if I request new code.

Any ideas anyone?

My recovery code is in my emails so can't access it either.

Presumably you are trying to log in via a browser here: https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email

As you have a phone, do you have an app setup on that to access your emails?
