Clicked scam link

Can anyone help me. I got an email saying my account would be closed if i wanted it to remain open follow the link. I had just cancled my sky subscription so thought was real and clicked the link.. I have just managed to get back into my emails but have not received any new emails that I know should be there. will this fix by its self or is there something I need to do to try and retrieve them. I know it was stupid to click the link

Scammers typically set up a filter to divert emails to the trash folder or forward then elsewhere.

First, have you changed your password and memorable data?

Once you've done that go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything you didn't set up. You may need to use a PC or laptop to do this, or on a mobile device you'll need 'use desktop mode'.

@Pinktif

Login to your online account:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

Go to Settings > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that you did not setup.

Then go to Settings > More Settings > Mailboxes > Your email address > Reply-to address

And again remove anything here that you did not setup.

Then logout and change your password:
