I need to know how to update my new mobile number so that i can start accessing my Sky email account again.

If you still have access to your old mobile number, log in normally and y9u can then change the number here: https://accounts.sky.com/modify/mfa/methods

If not, and if you kept a note of your Recovery Code as Sky recommended,, you can use it to turn off 2 step verification, then set it up again with your new number

If y9u can't do either, you'll need to call Sky and they'll turn off 2 step verification for you.
