Hi so I've logged into my sky account after a while and it is telling me to unlink it however my sky email address is my main email account so if I go through the unlinking process will I still have access to my sky email account?

Unlinking detaches your old Sky account from your SkyID. Your SkyID and your email account remain intact. (If you click Unlink, it will probably fail anyway. I've never known unlinking to work).
