I have received an email from sky informing me that I will not be able to use my sky email from 24 January 2025 as I have not used the account.
I am surprised to receive this email as the email address is the one I use on a daily basis.
Spoke with a sky representative on the phone who was unable to answer why I received this email.
I received the email at 17.05 on Tuesday 17th December 2024.
Can you help me on this issue.
Thank you
Phillip

Does the email address you by name? Does it ask you to follow a link?
We are aware Sky are sending email to inactive accounts where the user has not logged in for some time, by logging in it would be to the email login page https://www.sky.com/signin/email
Are you logging in to your email via that link?

Find out moreIf you access your Sky emails on an app or program like Outlook then this will explain why you have been sent this email as you need to login to it via the link @GD1 posted to keep it open and going forward if you can do this at least once per month then you shouldn't have any issues.

You could keep your fingers crossed and hope that your account won't be deleted, or call Sky to query it with them.
