Which do I choose?  It seems to make little difference.  

 


Once you reach that point, put in your Sky email address, and select advanced options,

then connect, and select IMAP

Use these settings, if asked, sometimes it finds them for itself.

Then enter a generated password when asked. https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps

It will be easiest to use the copy function on the generator, and just paste it in.

Voilà, it should all work.

When I get to this screen and put in the generated password

I then get the same message again - couldn't log you on blah blah. 

If I use my regular email password it comes up with the same info  regarding ports etc. and then the same reject message.

Your picture hasn't been moderated, does it show personal information?

For Outlook on desktop, you have to use a generated password, your account password won't work.

Have you considered trying a different email client?
