I called number and it says to go on the forum

It tells me first to go to settings to re enter password then gos to say to call the 0344 number then basically go to the forum

There is nothing the forum can do. Some of us have had the same message, and only Sky can cure it.

Did the phone number not give you the opportunity to speak to an agent?
