Unable to reset @sky.com email password

I have had two @Sky.com email addresses for several years. Unfortunately one of these emails is blocking my access for an alleged password error. Fine but it then wont let me reset/change the password. Strangely it is working fine on my iPad. Any suggestions?

So it is the Yahoo email app that is showing this password error ?

@Mark+Inch your password is ok, then. Is it set up the same in the Yahoo Mail app? If it looks ok, but still not accepted, you could try an app password for the mail app instead of your normal Sky password. @MarkInch  You seem to be now posting under 2 seperate user ID's?

Are you signed in with the correct ID when you try to reset the password as you have used two differebt IDs here !

Yes it is the correct email address and the password works on other devices. I may try reinstalling the app! Thanks

If it is just the Yahoo app failing, try another app.  I use Outlook and it has less obtrusive advertising.
