Email access with new phone & can't remember my recovery code

Hi

I've got a new phone and number but when trying to access my sky emails it wants to send a code to the old phone which I no longer have access to.  I can't remember if I set up a recovery code either.

You would have been shown the recovery code onscreen and to progress to the next part of the setup you had to tick a box to say that you had made a note of it so if you didn't do this you would need to call Sky to ask them to turn off 2FA for you. Don't let them wrongly tell you to go to Yahoo as they can not help with Sky email account issues.
