Good evening all, I have a new issue. I have always used outlook to manage all of my email accounts on my android galaxy phone and it has always worked well.
2 days ago I had to changed my sky password and since then I am unable to open my sky yahoo emails. When I open outlook I am asked to sign to my account, I enter my email address then select next. It doesn't even ask me for my password and just states "we are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again in xx minites" even when I wait the requested time it still doesn't let me in.
I am able to log into my website mail but as all my other accounts are in outlook that isn't acceptable. I have also tried deleting my outlook cache but doesn't make a difference.
Any fixes??

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou say you changed your password so I wonder if it is connected to you doing that so it might be worth logging in here and generating yourself a 16 digit password and then using this with Outlook:
