Account holder with Sky is sending and receiving emails ok. Second linked different email address which is with Sky is unable to send or receive any emails at all?

Using a browser via sky.com? Or using an app or client?

Thank you for your replies. We are using main sky/yahoo mail account. The response we are getting is 'they can't find username password'. We tried to change password but realised they would not be able to send an email anyway. We will try and phone them today. Thanks for your help. Much appreciated.

It sounds like you are using an app/client to access your email, so try using a generated password.instead of your usual Sky password,
