Unable to access Yahoo emails

Yesterday I could access my Sky Yahoo emails. Today I cannot. It requires two stage verication, and to receive a code to do this i need a UK or Irish mobile number.

I live in France and only have a French mobile number. I cannot put in the French mobile prefix for France (+33).

I cannot access my Sky Yahoo emails . Please reply to my orange.fr email account.

My iPad still connects to my Sky email account, just not my computer.

Can't use Swedish phone number for two factor authentication

For some reason requiring two factor authentication is now mandatory when I try to log in. The problem is it only accepts UK And Irish phone numbers - I have a Swedish +46 number. It feels like a huge oversight to make this feature mandatory while locking out users who don't have the prerequisites to use this two factor authentication. Anyone able to fix this?

two step verification

Hi,

suddenly I have to put in a UK or ROI phone number but I do not have these as I live elsewhere. I cannot get in touch with a real person chat again. Got contact this morning and this person would get back to me... I have no idea how this person would do that as I cannot get into my email.

Re: Can't use Swedish phone number for two factor authentication

Hi there, I live in France and I have the same problem. I can't access my emails this morning and I no longer have a UK mobile number.

When trying to call the help line number, it tells you your phone number cannnot be recognised (of course I am calling from a french phone) and to call back from a different phone number !!

This is so unfair, I have been with Sky Mail since 2006 and I never received a notice this would happen.

Just to add, for non-UK/ROI you can call [Removed] When it asks you to enter your phone number,  remain silent and wait. Eventually, an adviser (a real person) will reply. Got a  gentleman this morning who did his best to help as I no longer have a UK phone number nor an address, only 2 e-mail adresses. I have been advised I will be sent an e-mail within the next 72 hrs with instructions. [Removed]
