Locked out of emails

I am formally complaining about being locked out of my Sky account because two-step verification codes are being sent to an old mobile number I no longer have access to.

I have contacted support multiple times and have:

  • been told there are technical issues,
  • been promised callbacks that never happened,
  • been left on hold while trying to raise a complaint.

I need this escalated to the Sky ID/account security team so my verification number can be reset or updated after appropriate security checks.

Please confirm:

  • that this complaint has been logged,
  • my complaint reference number,
  • and the next steps for account recovery.
