Locked out of emails
I am formally complaining about being locked out of my Sky account because two-step verification codes are being sent to an old mobile number I no longer have access to.
I have contacted support multiple times and have:
- been told there are technical issues,
- been promised callbacks that never happened,
- been left on hold while trying to raise a complaint.
I need this escalated to the Sky ID/account security team so my verification number can be reset or updated after appropriate security checks.
Please confirm:
- that this complaint has been logged,
- my complaint reference number,
- and the next steps for account recovery.
