If you didn't make a note of the recovery code as you were advised to do when setting this up then your only option is to call Sky as they should be able to turn this off for you but it can take a number of days and you will need to find someone that knows how to do this so do be put off should they incorrectly tell you to go to Yahoo as Yahoo will not be able to help.
