Are you getting any error messages?   When was the last time you logged into your email account?

 

How are you accessing your emails?  Are you able to access your email via this link?  https://www.sky.com/signin/email

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

What doesn't work? Can you not log in at all? Error message?

Can you send emails? If not, what's the error message?

Can you  receive emails into your Inbox?
