Two step verification code sent to wrong number

Hi, I have a yahoo email with sky and so does my wife.

Trying to log back into mine but the code is being sent to her number not mine, my number is registered and normally pops up on the verification.

Tried stating again but always fails.

Any ideas?

Why am I here asking questions for something that costs over a grand a year?

@richardkell if you log in here with your email address and use the Manage two-step verification link, you should be able to change the mobile number codes are going to@ https://www.sky.com/mydetails/sky-id

Sky Yahoo Mail is a free service, even if you have no products with Sky.

SkyYahoo email is free, you don't pay anything for it.

I suspect the reason it is sending the text to the wrong phone is because it thinks it's her trying to sign in. (it's a cookies thing)

Try using a private/incognito tab for signing in, or use a different browser.
