Unlink sky id from my sky email

I've left sky and now can't access/sign into my sky.com emails.

Is there a way to unlink them so I can continue using my email account?

It signs in automatically on my phone but when I try to sign in on my computer it says access denied

@Frustratedpeter try closing all sky.com websites then emptying your browser cache. Or use a different browser.

It won't have anything to do with leaving Sky.

Are you using a VPN, or signing in from abroad?

Are you saying you can use that link on your phone, but not on your computer?

If so, try rebooting your router.

Or, do you mean the app on your phone works?
