Turning off Sky 2 step verification

Have you solved getting rid of Two Step Verification yet ? If so how ?

@Bryan5 don't use the Verification Code boxes. Tap on 'can't sign in with code' you'll then be asked to enter your Recovery Code.

To enter your recovery code you need to select the "can't sign in with code" link which is under the tiles for the verification code.

Yes I went on yahoo and turned it off on there instead of sky

AFAIK there is so way you can turn off Sky 2FA via Yahoo, if you know better, please enlighten us.

But my Recovery code has 5 digits and 3 Alpha letters and they don't get get ceepted in the 6 digitVerification boxes !!

the Verification Code boxes only take 6 digital numbers but my Recovery Code is 5 Numerical Digits and 3 Alpha...and are nt compatible

Even when I tick the box to Remember me...It still fdoes not remember me ....Why ?

Hmm....not sure that putting in a Revovery Code switches Two Step off but am willing to give a try

If you are asked to get a verification code, under this should be a small link that says "can't sign in with code" - select this and it is then here you should be able to enter your recovery code.
