Texts not coming through for 2 step verification

Have a dedicated Yahoo mail account as well as a Sky account. Have just tried this and verification code for that account also not coming through!

You mean the Recovery Code? How are you trying to use it?

Was attempting to access Sky acccount through Yahoo who sent me a verificatin code via a third email account (as opposed to SMS)  to confirm identity. This also did not arrive although I asked for 3 repeat sendings.

No problem with yahoo at all. 

Previosly said that Sky deny everthing.

Apparently I was sending verification code as opposed to recovery code. Recovery code in Sky email  archive so  of no help!!

Why is this "super user" not using his influence to act for us all with someone in authority in Sky, to sort out this immence problem, as he purports to be more than just a layman like me and most of us?

2 wasted days so far and more to follow.

Does anyone agree with me ?

If you had bothered to read the previous posts here, you would see I have already raised it with Sky.

It has been reported to Sky early this morning as that is all we can do.

Hi, I cant get access to my email account, it seems to be asking for a verification code which is supposed to be sent to my phone but I am not receving them, I have even gone to the lengths of restarting my phone to see if the codes are coming through but they arent... I seem to think that I have lost my recovery code so cant gain access that way either. Any help would be much appreciated...

I can't access emails on web browser as verification code is never sent to my phone and I don't have a recovery code - Same issue when I try to access emails on outlook , but I can get them on my phone on yahoo app- I need to get them on my windows 11 laptop but can't and sky say yahoo need to help but yahoo chat ( can't seem to speak to anyone at yahoo) says sky needs to help - am going in circles and slightly mad - any ideas ? Thanks
