My sky.com account had been suspended.
Just like many others who have suffered the same issue and got no where. The good news is I have now got my sky.com back working.
Calling yahoo to resolve.. didn't resolve
Calling sky for help..... many working cannot resolve. Sky have an internal department to whom you need to speak to and reinstate the sky.com
Because all my sky.com emails were redirected to my Gmail account in the past, this made my sky.com account inactive in the past and became suspended.
1. Setup a new yahoo account
2 link the yahoo account with Gmail account
3. Link your suspended sky.com account with new yahoo account
Having taken the above steps, I now access to all my sky.com emails
What a relief.
Hope all in the same situation are able get access to their sky.com account.
Ps view your yahoo and Gmail separately to avoid inactivity mail account.

Re: Suspended sky.com account, finally works
@Yashto as I understand it, your Sky Yahoo Mail was suspended as a preliminary step before it's deleted because of inactivity.
I'm not sure that the action you've taken will stop the deletion.
Have Sky confirmed that the suspension has been lifted?

Hi Mark
I am now receiving my sky.com emails in my new yahoo account.
No confirmation has been emailed to me from sky. Please note, still cannot see the emails when logged into the my sky account.

Could you explain just what you mean by link, and just how you did it? Did you use forwarding or collection?
If I understand you correctly, the Sky emails should have been visible in the Gmaill account all the time.

If your account was suspended as the first step in the inactive account deletion process, I'm not convinced that doing this will prevent the deletion of your account from proceeding.
