E-Mail Headings

After some security issues with my e-mail account when access was denied for a short period after reinstatement new emails now appear under "Archive" folder on my lap top and "Unread" under my mobile. How can I change the headings ? This might be a dumb question but I have not been able to solve it. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks Gordon

@mercedes55

If both Sky email accounts in your mobile and laptop are set up using the imap settings then login to your online account here and check your filters:

Go to Settings (the screw icon on the right hand side) > More Settings > Filters and remove anything that could be causing this to happen.
