I'm unable to use the mail app as I'm trying to log in and seeing a 'connecting to a service' screen which hangs indefinitely. I've tried to restart, remove the account, reset, terminate, uninstall and reinstall but nothing seems to work.
Is there a way to resolve this?
I've attached a screenshot.

What mail app are you using, is it the Windows Mail app, if so see if you can get it to work if you select "Other" as the email provider and use these settings:
Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server
Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server
Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes
You will then need to generate a 16 digit password and use that instead of your usual one, you can do that here:
https://www.sky.com/sky-yahoo-mail/manage-apps?client=email
