No it is not from Sky as it is come from a scammer who wants you to click through their link so they can get access to your account.
Mark the email as spam and do the same should you be sent anymore like this.
Any email that arrives out of the blue that says it is from Sky will not be especially when it has a link in it that it wants you to click through.
