Log out of 2 tier log on

How do I turn off my two tiered log in. I have no signal for messages at work and unable to log in while there. I have forgot my crazy access codes number so unable to log on while at work. 

Please can someone show me how to turn it off.

At log in, click,'can't sign in with (verification) code' link. You'll then be asked for the recovery code, which turns off 2FA.
