I've received an email saying
"Dear Customer" and saying "your email address has not been verified for the new terms of use. Starting July 15 2024 all customers who have ignored our update messages will not be able to log in to their email addresses and the account will be cancelled". There is a link to Yahoo. There have been no previous emails or texts. Im assuming it's spam? Google can't help with this one.
Thanks

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThat is a scam email, you will note the way it address you as "Dear customer" instead of your actual first name and if you hover over that link it doesn't got to Yahoo.com it instead goes to Google docs.
Mark it as spam and do the same should you be sent anymore.

Many thanks. Exactly as I thought.
