What device are you using as there are plenty of apps you can use to access your email account if you do not want to login to the website.

Re: Sky/yahoo Email
I'm using the Yahoo app.
However whilst I don't have to sign in to Sky :
1 I get loads of junk ads everyday and I'm sick of them clogging things up.
2. Non Of my documents appear in the folders.

Re: Sky/yahoo Email
@Haze5 the Yahoo app signs into Sky for you. You wouldn't be able to retrieve your Sky Yahoo mail if you weren't logged in. Junk mail is a pain. Some apps / service providers are better than others for keeping junk out of your Inbox. All you can do is mark any that make their way into your Inbox as Junk, and hopefully, over time, they'll lessen.
Incoming emails won't appear in any folder other than your Inbox, unless you move them there yourself, or you've set up filters to automatically divert incoming mails of a particular type to a specified folder
