@Russell+Brown Yahoo will refer you back to Sky. They don't support Sky Yahoo Mail.

Re: Sky mail suspended by Yahoo
@Russell+Brown just to confirm - the message you're seeing specifically says your account has been suspended? If so, Sky can help with this (unless things have changed, they have to liaise with Yahoo to 'un-suspend' your account) but the difficulty may be finding an adviser who knows what to do, or more likely who to refer it to.
I can only suggest trying again and if you have no luck, raising a complaint using the web form here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-make-a-complaint

Re: Sky mail suspended by Yahoo
Sky tech team says to go onto Yahoo website ( which I did and submitted contact form) and now you are saying that Yahoo will not help Sky customers.

Re: Sky mail suspended by Yahoo
@Russell+Brown it's just conceivable that Sky may have agreed this process with Yahoo specifically for this issue. They certainly won't normally provide help for Sky Yahoo Mail.
Let us know how you get on.

@Russell+Brown Your latest thread you created regarding the same issue has been removed as you already have this thread running, creating duplicate threads is unhelpful.

Re: Sky mail suspended by Yahoo
It is 100% an issue for Sky to resolve. Yahoo have no idea who you are, so can't identify you to unlock the account.
Sky can confirm your identity, as you are their customer, they can then get Yahoo to unlock it.
Edit: When you contact Sky, ask to be transferred to the IDM (Identity Management) Team, they should be able to deal with it.
