@Kel3  Is Sky/Yahoo your email provider?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Kel3  Your post has been moved to the email forum where you will get better help as it's an email query rather than broadband issue

You can access your emails here even if you are no longer a Sky customer as doing this at least once per month should keep the email account open:

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/

As for the servers try these:

Incoming Mail (IMAP) Server

Server - imap.tools.sky.com
Port - 993
Requires SSL - Yes

Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server

Server - smtp.tools.sky.com
Port - 465
Requires SSL - Yes
Requires authentication - Yes

@Kel3

There should be no difference when accessing your Sky email from a different ISP.

Just what problems are you experiencing?
