Sky email

Hi

i tried to access my sky email :

and it won't let me access it via yahoo or sky.com so how do I access it please? 
it comes up with a message saying 'sorry you cannot create a new account via yahoo' 

Please advise

@Lou21036 first close all sky.com websites you may have open and clear your browser cache (cookies, history etc). Or use a different browser. Then try logging in via www.sky.com/signin/email

I tried the above and it comes up with the same error message. 

'Sorry, you can no longer create a new Yahoo Mail account via sky'

Did you try using a different browser?
