I have had a sky email account for over 15 years and always used it in my phone. Yesterday it stopped receiving emails and says "no password provided". I have tried to reset password but as I set this account up prior to sky moving to yahoo mail it is not recognised. I also have the same issue when trying to generate a password that has been recommended before. Any help as I have lost all my emails for holidays etc that I need as they won't download from server

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you are using an app on your phone because if so the chances are you will need to generate a password and then use that instead of the usual password, so what issue are you having in dong this:

This is the problem. I have never had to do this previous and it will not let me log in to generate one as it does not recognise my email as it's not a yahoo one

Thank you for replying. That doesn't work either as the sky is I have is not linked to my original email address. When I use my sky is it says I don't have access.

No unfortunately. It says email or password not recognised. If I click forgotten password it doesn't take me anywhere. It's like they don't recognise the email any longer

If you can, what happens when you select Yahoo Mail from the drop down menu under your name in the top right hand corner?
